This role is for an Integrations Partner Manager at Vanta, a company focused on security and compliance. The primary responsibility is to manage and grow Vanta's partnerships with other vendors, enabling the creation of integrations that help customers achieve their security and compliance goals. This involves defining the partner program, sourcing and managing technical partners, collaborating with Vanta's product teams, and driving ROI through the integration ecosystem. The role requires strong relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and some technical fluency, with an openness to using AI to enhance work.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the integration partner program, defining the program and its requirements, sourcing new partners, pairing with other GTM partner teams, and fostering relationships with technical partners to unlock new opportunities to build together, ensuring continued access, quality, and vendor engagement.
  2. Collaborate with product teams to understand integration use cases and partner with vendors to unlock the access, environments, and technical support needed to realize them. You’ll work especially closely with Vanta’s Integrations team to help improve both partner platforms and Vanta’s integration APIs.
  3. Identify and encourage technical partners to build on Vanta’s integration APIs, evangelising for Vanta’s customers and goals and managing them through the technical partner program. You’re regularly plugged into new and emerging companies and industry-standard vendors.
  4. Create and measure goals around partner tiering, relationship development, ROI, and other customer-facing impacts over time
  5. Manage contracting, access agreements, and procurement with partners, working and improving the process to create a predictable new partner engagement model.
