This role focuses on integrating ClickUp with other business systems using APIs, acting as a technical consultant for customers. While the company heavily features AI, this specific role is about building integrations and leveraging AI tools to improve team efficiency, rather than directly developing AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes and goals in order to develop requirements that will inform the integration design.
  2. Develop and implement technical solutions that meet customer requirements and add to a delightful user experience within ClickUp.
  3. Act as a solo project manager to lead integration projects end-to-end, in addition to working as a critical member of a larger consulting team on enterprise engagements.
  4. Manage a book of important customers simultaneously, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to deadlines.
  5. Contribute to internal initiatives to improve methodologies and tools, with an emphasis on using AI to maximize team efficiency.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in APIs, RESTful technologies & JSON objects
  • iPaaS solutions (Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft)
  • data models
  • technical architecture concepts
  • Javascript/TS, Node.js, or Python
  • Strong understanding of programming design principles, runtime complexity, and code efficiency
  • Familiarity with ClickUp's (or similar SaaS platforms') core functionality
