Netflix is hiring an Integrations Support Engineer to work on their ad-supported tier. This role involves understanding the Netflix Ads Stack, driving the end-to-end integration lifecycle with external partners, providing technical support, and acting as a liaison during critical incidents. The role requires deep experience in ad tech, CAPI integrations, API mastery, and proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java. While the role may leverage AI tools for support, its core function is not AI development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build a deep understanding of the Netflix Ads Stack to serve as a platform expert capable of navigating technical ambiguity and selecting the most efficient integration paths aligned with long-term product vision.
  2. Drive the end-to-end integration lifecycle including implementation, configuration, and validation by working exclusively within established systems and tooling owned and built by core Software Engineering (SWE) teams.
  3. Serve as the voice of the customer and primary technical point of contact for external partners, representing their technical needs and constraints in internal requirements discussions to ensure the product roadmap accounts for real-world integration challenges
  4. Provide hands-on technical support for integrations, while owning the launch monitoring and stability of mature product integrations to ensure a successful transition to live usage.
  5. Act as the internal quarterback for critical incidents (SEV1/SEV2). Manage communication between the client and Product/Engineering during outages.

Skills

Required

  • digital media or ad tech experience

  • Conversions API (CAPI) integrations across major platforms (Meta, Google, Snap, Pinterest, LiveRamp)
  • data integrators and ETL pipelines
