Boeing is seeking an Intelligence Systems Senior Electrical Engineering Manager for the Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) program. This role involves functional leadership, team management, and technical support for engineers working on mission-critical systems. Responsibilities include talent management, program execution oversight, technology insertion, and process improvement, with a focus on cybersecurity and information assurance within defense and intelligence domains.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage, develop, and motivate a team of engineers supporting CSEL and other Intelligence Systems programs
  2. Support the technical execution of employees by providing guidance, tools, approaches, and subject matter support to define products, manage risks and opportunities, and resolve issues
  3. Support modernization, technology insertion, and business growth efforts for the CSEL program and related Intelligence Systems capabilities
  4. Support development and execution of integrated departmental plans, policies, procedures, and processes
  5. Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams through all phases of development, sustainment, and support
