Internship role in Commercial Operations supporting sales, customer service, finance, and supply chain for order management and sales strategy deployment. Focus on recommending sales growth objectives, deploying assets, supporting new product introductions, and assisting with incentive compensation projects. Requires a Master's degree/MBA, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales Consultant to recommend sales growth objectives through ensuring that field assets are deployed to the appropriate targets.
  2. Recommend strategy for deploying new assets, exchanging expiring equipment, and providing valuable sales data to optimize inventory.
  3. Assist in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) launches and new set deployments to field sales.
  4. Provide support to Field Sales Consultant; learn sales systems that drive efficiencies in the end-to-end sales process.
  5. Support Incentive Compensation projects and analysis
