Internship role in Jakarta, Indonesia, focused on supporting the Disney+ Partnerships team in developing and executing business strategies, initiatives, and integration efforts within the media and OTT industry. Responsibilities include project management, stakeholder coordination, process development, and supporting various Lines of Businesses initiatives. Requires an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree, availability for a full-time internship from July to December 2026, and strong organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identifies, plans, and coordinates a set of assigned projects, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies.
  2. Collaborate with a broad audience of key stakeholders and external partners, across Tech, Product, Data Analytics, Lifecycle, Legal and many other line of business.
  3. Facilitate dialogue with key partners to resolve issues when a complex understanding of operational processes, requirements is required.
  4. In-partnership with key stakeholders and partners, develop, document, and integrate new and revised processes, standards and business rules.
  5. Manage project timelines and proactively identify constrained resources, conflicting priorities, and scheduling issues.

Skills

Required

  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and follow up/follow through skills required
  • Requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams
  • Demonstrates professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Strategic thinker with good communications skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to leverage on data to develop strategy/decisions
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and Keynote
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or interest in technical engineering is a plus
