Intern Sales Development Program (english-speaking)

This is an internship role for a Sales Development Program at Celonis, a company that uses AI for Process Intelligence. The intern will focus on account research, strategic prospecting, and cold calling to identify and engage potential clients, ultimately setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives. The role is part of the Business Development team and offers a pathway into full-time BDR positions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Align focus accounts with account team
  2. Identify & source key influencers & decision makers within target companies
  3. Prospect into prioritized accounts via cold calls, emails and social strategies
  4. Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
  5. Accompany sourced opportunities through the sales cycle

Skills

Required

  • Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
  • Work in a structured manner & fast learner
  • Ability to listen very well, be an excellent communicator
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Be curious and have a long-term interest in building a career in Sales
  • Native (or equivalent) proficiency in English
  • at least 6 months of full-time availability

  • Other European languages are a plus
