The Supply Chain Finance Intern will support the finance and supply chain teams in analyzing costs, improving financial processes, and providing insights to drive operational efficiency. This role offers hands-on experience in financial planning, cost analysis, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cost analysis across the supply chain (manufacturing, logistics, procurement, warehousing)
- Support monthly closing activities, including variance analysis and reporting
- Help prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models related to supply chain operations
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and productivity improvement projects
- Partner with operations, procurement, and planning teams to understand business drivers
- Prepare and maintain financial dashboards and KPI tracking reports
- Support audit processes and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Assist in improving financial processes, tools, and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Familiarity with financial concepts (P&L, cost structures, working capital)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
