This role is an Internal Talent Mobility Advisor at AMD, focusing on managing internal hiring, movement, and relocation processes. It involves owning offer processes, identifying risks, ensuring compliance, and improving workflows in collaboration with Hiring Managers, HR, and Global Mobility. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end offer letter creation, routing, and release for internal mobility requisitions
  2. Review mobility transactions for risks related to policy, compensation, and cross-border moves
  3. Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, TA Ops, and Global Mobility to guide internal hiring decisions
  4. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current mobility workflows and recommend scalable solutions
  5. Contribute to mobility-related projects, ensuring risk and compliance considerations are embedded

Skills

Required

  • Experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or similar environments
  • Experience managing or improving cross-functional processes with a focus on compliance and efficiency
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across HR, TA, and business teams

Nice to have

  • Exposure to internal hiring, employee movement, or workforce planning processes
  • Experience working in global, regulated, or policy-driven environments
  • Certifications or training in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Project Management are a plus
