Experienced Product Delivery Manager to join Revenue Operations team, focusing on developing and enhancing the Quote to Cash workflow. This role involves working with cross-functional business partners to design and implement new processes and systems, capture user needs as user stories, and coordinate with engineering teams. Responsibilities include backlog grooming, UAT, leading demos, creating documentation, and supporting user training within an Agile Scrum framework. Requires 4-7 years of finance or accounting experience and strong communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Team up with subject matter experts (sme's) to learn our organization's processes and systems, specifically in the areas of deal structure, quoting and contracting
  2. Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  3. Lead and participate in large cross functional teams
  4. Work with sme’s to gather requirements to build a backlog of user stories for project delivery
  5. Navigate the competing needs of multiple partners

Skills

Required

  • 4-7 years of proven experience in finance or accounting
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex processes to diverse audiences in large group settings
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty around projects and initiatives
  • Ability to resolve conflict and reach consensus for the good of Adobe
  • MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.)

Nice to have

  • Experience in SAP and/or S4HANA a plus
  • Experience with SCRUM a plus
