What you'd actually do

  1. Break down complex problems using hypothesis-driven thinking and analysis to develop insights and actionable recommendations.
  2. Lead one or more workstreams while demonstrating leadership through influence and enhancing team / organization culture.
  3. Deliver compelling presentations to senior executives and key stakeholders, focusing on actionable insights and strategic value. Proactively address questions and concerns, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and thought partner.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to conduct stakeholder interviews, develop frameworks, and generate insights that inform process optimization, organizational transformation, and functional strategy development efforts.
  5. Informally develop team members by serving as a mentor and inspiring a culture of continuous learning; this may include managing analysts and interns.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in management consulting or process improvement professional environment
  • Proven ability to apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • strong client management and executive-level communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics
  • Leverage AI, LLM (Large Language Models), and NLP (Natural Language Processing) tools
  • Experience in team building
  • Proficiency in using digital process tools and AI systems
  • Experienced in creating presentations, both written and verbal, tailored for senior audiences
  • Self-motivated and executes deliverables with speed and precision
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
