International Key Accounts Lead

This role is for an International Key Accounts Lead in the MedTech Sales division of Johnson & Johnson, focusing on developing and executing international account strategies for large, multicountry hospital groups and healthcare systems. The position involves managing approximately EUR 100 million in strategic customer business, driving growth and retention, leading complex international negotiations, and building long-term, value-based partnerships. The role also includes building and nurturing a community of Key Account Managers across the EMEA region, acting as a role model, and developing KAM capabilities through coaching and best practice sharing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and execute international account strategies aligned with regional and franchise priorities
  2. Full responsibility for ~EUR 100 Mio in international strategic accounts, ensuring sustainable growth and customer retention
  3. Translate customer system strategies into clear, actionable international account plans
  4. Act as the primary international interface for assigned strategic customers
  5. Build and maintain trusted C‑suite and senior executive relationships at international and regional level
