What you'd actually do

  1. Support IP and tax structure planning to maximize tax efficiency
  2. Direct global tax compliance
  3. Direct international quarterly and year-end accounting for income taxes (ASC 740). Direct international tax provisions for foreign statutory financials
  4. Execute the Company's global transfer pricing strategy and policy including monitoring controlled transactions, transfer prices and adjustments
  5. Prepare and maintain intercompany agreements and allocations

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong compliance and planning experience in a multi-national, multi-entity environment
  • Expertise in BEAT, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, OECD Pillar Two, Check the Box Principles, U.S. Tax Treaty Research and Interpretation, Intellectual and Intangible Property Planning, and Transfer Pricing
  • Working knowledge of international taxation in Europe and Asia
  • Understanding of SEC and GAAP reporting requirements
  • Significant project management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex tax issues and provide strategic solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to have

  • CPA, MST or LLM (Taxation) preferred
