Internship role supporting AT&T Account Management with sales operations, lead generation, and customer engagement. Focuses on sales administration, CRM, marketing execution, and customer outreach for entry-level candidates.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist account managers with daily sales administration activities
  2. Support sales lead generation, qualification, and MQO (Marketing Qualified Opportunity) conversion
  3. Conduct customer reach-outs, including phone calls and email follow-ups
  4. Upload, update, and maintain data within CRM systems
  5. Support execution of marketing and email campaigns

Skills

Required

  • 0–2 years of experience or exposure to sales, marketing, or administration
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems or databases
  • Basic understanding of Sales and marketing concepts
  • Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication in English
  • Organization
  • Attention to detail
