Inventory Analyst role focused on monitoring inventory levels, identifying and resolving discrepancies, performing cycle counts, and recommending process improvements within a supply chain and warehouse distribution context at Johnson & Johnson.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ownership for monitoring inventory levels, traceability, and identifying, classifying, and finding the root causes of inventory inaccuracies. Give feedback and possible solutions to manager for eliminating further discrepancies.
  2. Perform cycle counts as per procedures as well as prepares and analyze various reports such as Cycle count adherence, production report, inventory accuracy, etc.
  3. Responsible for monitoring right levels of inventory and material disposition.
  4. Ensure safe working conditions and practices in department.
  5. Ensure compliance to the quality policy in all activities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or Equivalent in technical, logistics or inventory management
  • 0 – 2 years of related experience
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
