What you'd actually do

  1. Provides leadership to the PWCS inventory and planning team; demonstrates overall value stream collaboration across new and used planning for aftermarket spare parts.
  2. Trains, supports, and directs employees to achieve departmental and company goals.
  3. Develops standard work and defines daily, weekly and monthly objectives for team.
  4. Holds regular employee one-on-one and inventory team meetings.
  5. Encourages cross functional/departmental/Business Unit communication and cooperation.
