This role provides financial guidance and assistance to self-directed investors, identifying investment and saving needs, and managing client issues. It requires knowledge of investments, financial markets, and bank policies, aiming to deepen client relationships and achieve high satisfaction. The position is subject to SAFE Act registration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provides prospects and self-directed investors with financial guidance and assistance based on their needs to deepen existing relationships
  2. Educates potential and existing clients about investment products, services, and trading strategies offered by the bank
  3. Delivers on performance goals by uncovering additional client needs, deepening existing relationships, and referring clients to business counterparts
  4. Deliver exceptional service to clients by answering general account inquiries
  5. Accurately execute and confirm trade orders as well as a variety of securities transactions initiated by self-directed clients

Skills

Required

  • Series 7, and 66 or equivalent (if not currently held, Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days)
  • Demonstrated passion and interest in financial markets
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to actively listen to clients and demonstrate empathy
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented, with good follow-up skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products and/or services

Nice to have

  • Call center experience is preferred but not required
  • Previous Brokerage experience is a plus
