Bank of America is seeking an Investments Asset Transfer Processor to support clients and internal partners with money and asset transfer requests. This role involves document review, processing transactions, email communication, and outbound calls, with a strong emphasis on risk management, fraud prevention, and client account security. What you'd actually do

  1. Processes transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes
  2. Demonstrates operational discipline while handling routine and standard operational functions
  3. Covers one or more operations functional areas, such as analyses, report generation, opening new accounts, trade processing, payment processing, and data entry
  4. Assists with phone calls, email boxes, and processing queues
