This role supports Bank of America/Merrill clients and internal partners with asset transfer requests, involving document review, processing, communication, and a strong focus on risk and fraud prevention. It requires problem-solving, attention to detail, and operational discipline.

What you'd actually do

  1. Processes transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes
  2. Demonstrates operational discipline while handling routine and standard operational functions
  3. Covers one or more operations functional areas, such as analyses, report generation, opening new accounts, trade processing, payment processing, and data entry
  4. Assists with phone calls, email boxes, and processing queues
