Johnson & Johnson is seeking MBA or master's students for their International Recruitment and Development Internship Program (IRDP) in Shanghai, China. This program focuses on developing future leaders within the healthcare industry across various business functions like business development, finance, IT, marketing, and product management.   1. Lead significant business projects with real-life implications and present your analysis and results to senior leaders.

  • MBA or master's degree program
  • Graduating after September 2026
  • Available full-time for 10-12 weeks between June and September 2026
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Legally authorized to work permanently in the country
  • Three years or more of relevant professional experience prior to master's
