This role is a Senior Manager for Go-To-Market strategy within Visa's Issuing Solutions team, focusing on the Pismo platform in Europe. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and implement the European expansion strategy for Pismo across issuing, core banking, and processing.
  2. Develop frameworks for market assessment, prioritisation, segmentation, and entry strategy, grounded in regulatory, commercial, competitive, and technical insights.
  3. Identify and drive opportunities for Visa’s wider product ecosystem (e.g., Risk and Identity, Loyalty, Data, Digital Enablement, Network Products, Consulting), alongside positioning and support for 3rd party solutions.
  4. Own and input into regional strategic planning cycles for Pismo: revenue planning, scenario modelling, portfolio strategy.
  5. Shape pricing frameworks, commercial models, and revenue forecasts for Pismo growth in Europe.
