What you'd actually do

  1. Focus primarily on assets hosted in Melbourne, FL and Redondo Beach, CA data centers
  2. Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of hardware and software assets from intake/request and approval, through procurement, receipt, tagging, deployment, in‑service tracking, maintenance/refresh, and final retirement and disposal.
  3. Manage software licenses, including entitlement and deployment tracking, usage monitoring, and compliance reporting.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all data center hardware assets (servers – physical and virtual – storage, and network equipment) in the designated ITAM/CMDB tools.
  5. Reconcile ITAM data with Property and Security records to ensure consistency across systems of record.
