This role is for an IT Business Operations Manager at Intel, responsible for establishing consistent strategies and practices within Global IT. The manager will partner with segment leadership to ensure financial discipline, optimize processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, leading health-of-business reviews, developing plans of record, identifying cost reduction opportunities, leading continuous improvement initiatives, providing counsel on people-related issues, developing employee engagement strategies, managing hiring coordination, and delivering analytical insights. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of industry experience, experience in organizational communication and presenting analytical data, and hands-on experience with business data and analytics, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Power BI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee daily operational activities while serving as primary liaison between group management, peer operations teams, and corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal)
  2. Lead health-of-business reviews with senior leadership to maintain strategic alignment between programs, technical solutions, and roadmaps within budget parameters
  3. Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities while enhancing productivity across sales, engineering, finance, compliance, and operations
  4. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and process standardization for enhanced efficiency and scalability
  5. Provide strategic counsel to senior management on people-related issues and facilitate informed decision-making in compliance with corporate policies

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3+ years of industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience in organizational communication
  • 3+ years of experience presenting analytical data to senior leadership
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with business data and analytics
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)
