What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary IT contact for assigned business functions, deeply understanding their strategies, priorities, and operational needs
  2. Partner with business leaders to identify, shape, and deliver IT solutions that create measurable business value
  3. Translate business requirements into IT initiatives and coordinate execution with regional and global IT teams
  4. Proactively research and evaluate new technology trends, including AI-driven solutions, automation, and digital transformation opportunities
  5. Support global and regional IT programs, including system implementations, enhancements, and process optimization

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Business Partnering, business-facing IT roles, or IT project coordination
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an agile, curious, and flexible mindset
  • Demonstrated interest in AI, data, or emerging digital technologies, with the ability to understand their potential business applications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written), capable of effective collaboration with global teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment

Nice to have

  • Hands-on exposure or project experience related to AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or analytics platforms
  • Experience supporting or partnering with large-scale enterprise after-sales / customer service organizations, such as service operations, call centers, field service, or technical support teams
  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM, Service Management platforms, or digital service tools
  • Understanding of global IT governance, data privacy, and compliance frameworks
