This role partners with business leaders to deliver digital solutions, acting as a liaison to understand needs, develop strategies, and ensure IT initiatives align with business objectives. It involves overseeing IT projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serves as a key liaison between the business or function, to understand priorities and needs, developing strategies to ensure business objectives are met.
  2. Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives and represents the business or function within Boeing IT to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality.
  3. Develops and executes communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders.
  4. Identifies risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments.
  5. Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function.

  • Managing relationships with external technology vendors and service providers

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to influence and lead cultural change in a complex organisational environment
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Change Management (e.g., Prosci) are highly desirable
