It Engineer

This IT Engineer role focuses on providing technical and operational support to employees, administering SaaS applications, troubleshooting IT issues, and collaborating on IT projects within a fast-paced, growing company. The role requires strong customer service skills and familiarity with various operating systems and IT tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide high level end user support
  2. Administer a wide variety of SaaS applications, including provisioning, modifying, and removing access.
  3. Partner with business units and collaborate on IT-related projects.
  4. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  5. Support a global workforce by partnering with overseas team members, employees, and consultants

Skills

Required

  • Prior IT/helpdesk/customer service experience
  • 5-star customer service mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android devices
  • Ability to administer Google Workspace (G-Suite)
  • Experience working with SSO platforms (Okta, OneLogin, etc.)
  • Capability to manage AV hardware and software, including Zoom and other video conferencing tools
