What you'd actually do

  1. Provide Global L3 hardware support and conduct in-depth root cause forensic analysis for complex server issues.
  2. Act as the Automation Lead, driving scripting initiatives and automated server configurations to streamline operations.
  3. Oversee firmware updates, firmware update methodologies, and firmware version management across our entire global server fleet.
  4. Deliver robust server designs, lead FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) testing, and manage server and component testing.
  5. Create and maintain comprehensive standards documentation and user documentation for OOB management
