What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement automation software solutions end-to-end in order to streamline business processes, from design, development, testing, deployment, and supporting end-users.
  2. Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms (AI, ML, and/or generative AI) that mimic human expert decision-making processes or enhance observability within automation workflows.
  3. Capture and structure knowledge from field experts using data-engineering and crowdsourcing techniques.
  4. Analyze complex datasets using statistical analysis and data science techniques to extract meaningful insights supporting the development of AI models or observability workflows.
  5. Research and evaluate emerging technologies related to automation, AI, ML, and generative AI.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an IT Lead Automation Innovation Specialist-related occupation
  • Develop and implement automation software solutions
