This role provides IT support for employees and contractors, focusing on client technology and audio-visual services. Responsibilities include first and second level support, laptop imaging and deployment, IT onboarding, incident management, and project support. Familiarity with AI tools like CoPilot and Claude is desired.

What you'd actually do

  1. Providing first & second level support to all EMEA based employees and contractors, in person or remote
  2. Imaging and deploying laptops to support new hire and laptops refresh processes
  3. Ensuring successful Day 1 IT onboarding for all new employees
  4. Managing assigned Incidents and Tasks though closure, ensuring regular updates to users and efficient resolution
  5. Support of internal meetings and events

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on technical experience supporting Windows client technology preferably in a corporate environment
  • Working knowledge of laptop imaging tools such as SCCM and AutoPilot
  • Working experience of supporting meetings and of meeting tools & technology (e.g. Cisco Video Conferencing, Teams & Zoom)
  • Working Knowledge of mobile technology and devices (e.g. iPhone, Android & InTune)
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, LAN, WAN)

Nice to have

  • Working Knowledge of Linux desired but not essential
  • Familiarity with Ai tools such as CoPilot and Claude desired
