It Operations Engineer

This role is for an IT Operations Engineer responsible for providing high-level technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and account issues across Windows and macOS. The engineer will also perform preventative maintenance, collaborate with engineering teams, and adhere to security policies. Key responsibilities include managing ITIL-aligned service management in a ticketing system and driving continuous improvement through documentation and process enhancements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide high-level technical support to end users daily, delivering rapid, safe resolution of hardware, software, and environmental issues.
  2. Educate users on existing and emerging technologies and recommended ways of working.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure endpoint, application, and peripheral stability.
  4. Coordinate and collaborate with partner support and engineering teams to drive timely, high-quality resolution and clean handoffs.
  5. Adhere to—and advocate for—enterprise information security policies and best practices; safeguard data throughout troubleshooting and fulfillment.
