IT Operations Manager responsible for the 24/7 Technology Operations Centre, ensuring the implementation of IT Event, Incident, and Request Management processes. This role involves leading virtual teams, overseeing daily operations, managing incidents, monitoring systems, and ensuring process governance and compliance, including SOX audits.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure 24x7 operational stability across all supported infrastructure services
  2. Own end-to-end service delivery for L1/L2 operations
  3. Monitor SLA / KPI adherence (MTTR, SLA compliance, backlog, response times)
  4. Drive incident resolution efficiency and minimize downtime
  5. Oversee intake channels: ServiceNow (Incidents, Requests), Monitoring alerts (SolarWinds, BigPanda, PagerDuty), Slack (TOC channels), Shared mailbox & hotline
