This role is for an IT Operations Manager in EMEA at Vanta, responsible for leading and scaling a regional IT Operations team. The focus is on people leadership, regional execution, and operational excellence, ensuring a secure and reliable technology experience for employees. The role involves hiring, developing, and managing IT Operations Engineers, defining processes, and partnering with global IT leaders and other departments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Hire, manage, mentor, and develop IT Operations Engineers across EMEA, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance management
  2. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture aligned with Vanta’s values
  3. Own IT Operations delivery across EMEA, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for employees in the region
  4. Partner with global IT Operations leaders to maintain consistency across regions while accounting for local needs
  5. Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-impact IT issues in EMEA
