  4. Drive innovation with AI: Identify and implement AI technologies to enhance day-to-day operations and improve productivity.
  5. Serve as a strategic partner: Work closely with a wide array of business units, from marketing to engineering, to understand their unique technical needs and tailor support strategies that enable their success.

Skills

Required

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of relevant work experience in IT operations
  • Proven experience in managing and enhancing day-to-day operations through the implementation of AI technologies
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune and the Azure platform
  • Demonstrable experience with IT Helpdesk operations
  • Successfully leading large teams and managing resources efficiently under budgetary constraints
  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
