IT Operations Specialist role focused on supporting and scaling internal IT environments, including identity management, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office infrastructure. What you'd actually do

  1. Play a key role in supporting and scaling CoreWeave’s internal IT environment.
  2. Work daily across identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office infrastructure while contributing to repeatable, scalable solutions that support a growing, distributed workforce.
  3. Administer identity and access management platforms (Okta or equivalent), including lifecycle automation and group management.
  4. Manage macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune.
  5. Administer ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar), including ticketing workflows, asset tracking, and automation.

Skills

Required

  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT support or IT operations roles
  • Experience administering identity and access management platforms (Okta or equivalent)
  • Experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune)
  • Experience administering ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar)
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle management
  • Experience deploying and supporting VDI environments
  • Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
  • Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals, MFA, device compliance, and endpoint protection
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and provide occasional after-hours support

Nice to have

  • Supporting Kubernetes-based or containerized environments
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
  • Integrating SaaS platforms via APIs or automation tooling
  • Knowledge of office network topology, hardware, and physical infrastructure
  • Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
