What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for our in-office staff for all IT-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation of all systems.
  2. Support our global workforce with IT-related issues in an effective and collaborative manner.
  3. Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of the office's IT infrastructure, including workstations, conference rooms, network devices, and software applications.
  4. Pair with the other members of the IT team on various projects, from upgrading system infrastructure to implementing new technology solutions. Contribute to planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to enhance our IT capabilities.
  5. Utilize IT ticketing systems to manage help-desk requests and tickets as needed.
