It Ops Technician II

This role supports the IT needs of Brex employees by resolving tickets, improving processes, and managing IT infrastructure. It involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, supporting various IT systems, and working with vendors. The role requires strong communication skills and project leadership abilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and scale IT infrastructure, services and tooling
  2. Provide in office support 5 days a week
  3. Improve existing IT processes
  4. Work with a diverse group of IT partners to optimize our provided services
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for Mac and PC

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience with IT Ops
  • Proven ability to lead projects
  • Strong Apple support experience
  • Desire to learn new technologies and skills
  • Ability to handle support tickets in line with SLAs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate complete technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Jamf MDM experience
  • Zoom Room configuration experience
  • Experience supporting large meeting AV needs
  • Supporting office builds from an IT perspective
