This role is for an Oracle Order to Cash (O2C) System Analyst at Johnson & Johnson in Tokyo. The primary responsibility is to design, implement, and support Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities related to order management, invoicing, and accounts receivable. The role requires extensive experience with Oracle ERP (EBS/Cloud) implementations, specifically in Order Management, Billing, Pricing, and Customer setups, as well as integrating with CRM applications like Salesforce and 3PL partners. The analyst will translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage O2C system issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Principal O2C System Analyst is responsible to design and provide optimal, effective solutions in Oracle cloud for the customer service (Order Entry/Booking) and data integrity teams (Master data such as Customer in Japanese standards and Pricing) and Finance (Billing/Accounts Receivable/Cash Applications).
  2. Work with customer service stakeholders and suggest best practice solutions for tactical and operational requests.
  3. Document business requirements clearly and design the Oracle cloud solution considering the impacts of upstream (SFDC) and downstream (Finance) impacts,
  4. Work effectively on 3 PL integrations to support the order and shipping data flows between oracle cloud and 3 PL partners.
  5. Work on providing recommendations for continuous system improvement and able to automate a business process by leveraging the system capabilities.

  • Must have 10+ years of experience working in an IT environment and aware of all IT Project methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Must have 8+ years of Implementation experience in Oracle ERP (EBS/Cloud) Order Management, Billing, Pricing, Customer setups with an extensive knowledge in TCA architecture and concepts, Shipping, and fulfillment process.
  • Must possess knowledge in customer invoicing concepts so as to design clear solutions without impacting downstream.
