What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate goals and requirements into a clear product vision, roadmap, wireframes, and demos.
  2. Analyze gaps between current and future state, prioritize features based on strategic goals, user feedback, and business impact.
  3. Serve as the voice of the customer in feature grooming and sprint planning, ensuring the engineering team delivers on business expectations.
  4. Own and maintain a continuous feedback loop with end users, gathering insights to drive ongoing product improvements.
  5. Conduct user research to surface emerging trends, pain points, and opportunities across the Quote-to-Cash landscape.
