IT Security Engineer with a strong Windows engineering background and practical exposure to modern platform security controls. Responsibilities include proposing, designing, testing, implementing, and documenting strategic security controls, coordinating security solutions, identifying opportunities to automate workflows, securing internal IT and remote working platforms, building scalable security controls, investigating emerging threats, developing new security tooling, and driving vulnerability management initiatives. The role requires proficiency in securing Windows OS platforms, hands-on experience with integrated security technologies, skills in administering endpoint security and vulnerability management solutions, knowledge of security best practices, understanding of common threat tactics, techniques, and procedures, familiarity with Windows core infrastructure services, and proven experience automating workflows in PowerShell or other scripting languages.
