What you'd actually do

  2. Managing service requests and incidents from first response through resolution, while keeping employees updated throughout the process
  3. Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, including hardware setup, access management, and user guidance
  4. Technical issues that interrupt employee productivity, from login and application problems to device performance and basic connectivity
  5. Office IT issues such as printers, meeting room A/V, and network-related escalations
