Deel is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their global IT team. The role involves building and enhancing Deel's IT device management and support services for both internal use and external customers. Responsibilities include providing technical support to the sales team and customers, and deploying, configuring, and refreshing devices. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Mac & Windows estates, interest in MDM platforms, application packaging, and IT security.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, develop, and enhance the Deel IT device management services for sale to a global customer base as well as our IT support services offering.
  2. Provide technical support for our Sales team and customer base.
  3. You will be deploying, configuring, and refreshing devices for Deel IT .

Skills

Required

  • Experience working with and managing a Mac & Windows estate.
  • Interest in working with a mobile device management platform (MDM) for managing a mixed device estate, such as - Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud.
  • Interest in application packaging and deployment for both Mac & Windows.
  • Good working knowledge of IT security.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

  • IT experience in providing technical support to 3rd-party customers and internal end-users.
  • Some experience automating device actions using Python, Bash/ZSH & Powershell.
  • Good Windows experience with knowledge of Windows Autopilot.
