It Support Engineer

This role is for an IT Support Engineer responsible for end-user support, communication, documentation, and operational improvements within a fast-paced, high-growth AI company. The focus is on maintaining and improving IT infrastructure, primarily in a macOS environment, with opportunities to automate tasks and contribute to scaling operations. While the company develops AI, this role is IT support and not directly involved in AI/ML model development or deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts — primarily through our ticketing system, with additional support via Slack and in-person
  2. Diagnose and resolve issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
  3. Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
  4. Write and maintain internal documentation including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
  5. Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as the company scales
