Wix is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support and manage IT operations for employees. Responsibilities include responding to helpdesk requests, managing IT equipment inventory, overseeing onboarding/offboarding processes, and maintaining A/V equipment. The role requires experience with multi-OS environments, Active Directory, Azure, and GSuite, with familiarity with various IT tools. Experience with automation, scripting, and AI tools is considered an advantage.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide professional IT support to employees locally in Kyiv and remotely across different locations
  2. Monitor and respond to IT Helpdesk requests in line with agreed SLAs
  3. Manage IT equipment inventory
  4. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including for remote workers
  5. Oversee and maintain A/V equipment for onsite events and meeting rooms

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an IT professional in IT support and/or administration
  • Experience with full IT asset lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in managing multi-OS environments (MacOS, Windows, and Linux)
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and GSuite environments
  • Familiarity with audio conference room technologies and tools like Meraki, Jira, Intune, Jamf, and Slack
  • Proactive customer service mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Good spoken and written English
