What you'd actually do

  1. Provide timely support for laptops (Windows, macOS, Linux), mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  2. Maintain and monitor endpoint management systems (e.g., MDM, patching, asset inventory).
  3. Support basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, wired connectivity) under the guidance of senior engineers.
  4. Contribute to internal IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
  5. Work closely with IT, Security, and Facilities teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
