It Support Singapore, Apac Regional Lead

This role is for an IT Support Lead in Singapore, responsible for frontline IT support, employee lifecycle operations, AV and event support, vendor and asset management, and improving IT systems and processes across the APAC region. The role requires strong technical expertise in macOS and Windows, collaboration tools, and AV systems, with experience in leading support operations and driving process improvements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the senior-most onsite point of contact in Singapore for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and collaboration issues, ensuring prompt and reliable resolution of employee requests.
  2. Partner across offices and time zones to improve coordination, strengthen support coverage, and drive a more consistent employee experience across APAC.
  3. Lead or support onboarding and offboarding workflows including device preparation, account readiness, access coordination, and day-one support.
  4. Support conference rooms, executive meetings, events, and other high-visibility gatherings, ensuring workplace technology and AV systems are reliable.
  5. Coordinate procurement, repairs, maintenance, inventory tracking, and device management practices to maintain secure, standardized, and scalable operations.
