This role is for an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues, setting up new employees, and maintaining office IT infrastructure. It requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be the primary point of contact for employees needing IT assistance across hardware, software, and access issues
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical problems through remote sessions and direct interaction, aiming for quick and effective solutions
  3. Take full ownership of support requests, from initial troubleshooting through resolution or escalation when needed
  4. Set up and onboard new employees with the tools they need, including device provisioning and basic guidance
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, tools, and the overall user experience
