IT Support Specialist role focused on providing day-to-day technical support for desktop systems, software, and hardware, troubleshooting issues, managing enterprise systems and applications, and supporting device management tools. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide day-to-day technical support for desktop systems, software, and hardware in a diverse environment.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, peripherals, and IT services.
  3. Support and manage enterprise systems and applications, including Active Directory, Office365, Salesforce, Okta, ServiceNow, and G-Suite.
  4. Assist with device management using tools like Intune (Windows) and JAMF (Mac).
  5. Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange and Office365, including mailbox and distribution list management.
