What you'd actually do

  1. Provide front-line IT support via walk-ups, tickets, and chat, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
  2. Support and troubleshoot SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian Cloud, Slack, and others.
  3. Deliver technical expertise in macOS, Windows, and device/identity management (Azure AD, Jamf, Intune).
  4. Manage employee lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and equipment reclamation.
  5. Lead New Hire IT Orientation and provide day-one technical guidance.
