It Technician

This IT Technician role focuses on providing advanced technical support for IT systems and networks, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, system maintenance, and administration of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services. The role also involves mentoring junior technicians and collaborating on IT projects.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and mobile devices
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  3. Assist with network configurations, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  4. Perform routine system maintenance, including software updates, security patches, and backups.
  5. Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based services.
