This role is for an Enterprise Revenue Architect focused on the Healthcare industry, partnering with large customers to drive revenue transformation using Gong's AI Operating System. The role involves architecting clinical and commercial workflows, accelerating adoption, and realizing business results through AI-driven strategies, automation, and self-service. Success is measured by customer activation, adoption, value realization, and revenue impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Revenue Transformation Strategy: Partner with senior GTM leaders in the Healthcare space to design and execute strategies that modernize their revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS.
  2. Workflow Architecture: Map current-state Healthcare customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes.
  3. Adoption and Change Management: Execute adoption initiatives that drive behavior change and embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
  4. Value Realization: Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes that demonstrate Gong’s ROI and strategic value
  5. Renewal and Expansion Management: Own the renewal strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams on growth

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years proven experience in managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with Healthcare customers, or working in the Healthcare industry
  • Track record of owning relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders and owning value and ROI conversations
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
